Click here to register and attend all Holly’s Tuesday through Sunday classes via Zoom! Unless otherwise noted, all classes are 90 minutes in duration and are taught in-person and online.

Note: All Holly’s classes are hybrid (in-person and online) unless stated otherwise and may occasionally be taught online-only, as a result of inclement weather, to accommodate Holly’s travel schedule, etc.

The pricing below, for Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday classes, is discounted for students registering and pre-paying for the full series by Tuesday, April 23rd:

This targeted care class is curated to first rest, then stretch and strengthen the body, leading to increased mobility and stability.  Each session will wind down with a period of relaxation and breath awareness, washing away built-up stress and tension.

Those with knee, hip, lower back, neck and shoulder issues will benefit greatly as will those experiencing the stressful effects of modern life.

While this class does begin and end with resting poses, students should be able to get up and down from the floor independently, have basic freedom of movement in their joints and be fully capable of participating in this active, yet slower-paced class.
