Cultivating a Tranquil Mind with Yoga

Coming Soon

Yoga practice employs the body-mind to seek and find the perennial “place in space,” that is always tranquil, the Self.

As teachers of Yoga we can inspire our students to practice with the physical body and to enhance their mental and emotional well-being, both on and off the mat.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • how to practice asana and pranayama with skill and sensitivity to cultivate a tranquil (sattvic) state of mind

  • specific sequences to balance both overactive, anxious (rajasic) and dull/melancholic (tamasic) states of being

  • key teachings from Yoga philosophy texts that support your holistic connection and integration to the every joyful, lucid Self
